About the Author:
Edward Stoever is the Senior Oracle Database Administrator for Fuller theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. His first exposure to Oracle came in 1999, when he created "Grannymail.com", one of the internet's first sites offering real postal letters and greeting cards sent from a users browser.
Typical to early internet ventures, Grannymail.com vanished from the web in 2002. Shortly after, Edward became an Oracle Certified Professional, both as a Database Administrator and as an Application Developer. After achieving his certifications, the technical school where Edward trained for his certification hired him as a teacher. As a student and teacher, Edward learned the importance of writing technical instructions that are concise and easily understood. In 2003, Edward joined the Management Information Services department at Fuller Seminary. He was quickly promoted to Senior Database Administrator. Edward is a single-father of two daughters, Scarlett and Veronica.
